A total of 12 shelters were enabled in Los Cabos, after the indication of Civil protection of the State and in the presence of Hurricane ‘Genevieve’, for the purpose of give shelter to people living in risk areas or to those who have the need to go to safeguard themselves.

The municipal president Armida Castro explained that, from last night, at 9:00 p.m., the hostels in Los Cabos, with the corresponding personnel to guarantee the health of the population.
In this framework, the authorities detailed that they will coordinate to identify suspected and confirmed persons with Covid-19, in order to provide specialized care.
In this way, in accordance with new guidelines stipulated by the State and federal Health Secretariat, the handling of only 15 people per classroom is understood.

Meanwhile, the Municipal Directorate of Civil Protection detailed that they will have an area for people with a diagnosis or suspicion of Covid-19, so filters will be placed to address and evacuate risk areas.
