In recent times we have witnessed the cancellation of renowned events in the world of cars, and all due to the coronavirus pandemic that fearlessly struck the world. Examples of this were the Geneva Motor Show, the North American International Motor Show in Detroit or the Paris Motor Show, events that had to be canceled and many others carried out through online streaming via the Internet.
However, it seems that all is not lost, as another of the most important events in this industry is the Beijing Motor Show, an event that was postponed in April and that has now been confirmed in China for the next September 27.
The 2020 Beijing Auto Show will open its doors to the press on September 26 at the ‘China International Exhibition Center New Venue‘(in Tianzhu), and the general public will be able to attend from October 1-5.
It should be noted that the Beijing Auto Show will become the only major international auto event to be held this year, according to the organizing committee, this year’s show will be attended by almost all domestic car brands and known foreign companies with their latest products and more than 30 international car brands such as Volkswagen, Ford, Lincoln, General Motors, Toyota or Nissan.
As expected, and after the complicated scenario left by COVID-19 around the world, the organizers try to send a message of tranquility ensuring that protection measures will be taken in the more than 200,000 square meters that they will have.
