He PAN national leader, Marko Cortés Mendoza, stated that if there were elements to judge the former presidents, to proceed, but he specified that for no consultation is necessary.

He called on the current president not to carry out a consultation to see whether or not to prosecute the former presidents, because such exercise would only be a distraction from the problems the country is going through.
“That if he has elements that present the complaint, that he does not do politics, that he does justice, that gives results, which is what his government has lacked,” said the PAN leader.

“2019 was the most violent with homicides, there is a dismantled health system and a poorly managed pandemic, as well as a government that improvises,” he said.
