Neighbors of Tlalpan released a video in which the minibus driver fight a flood in the city hall on the street of Quarry in direction to San Juan Tepeximilpa.
The driver advances, while the tires of the unit and part of the body are under the water, until crossing the flood. It is even observed that smoke begins to come out of the unit, due to the heat of the engine and the water.

The man who captured the events was stationed just on the other side of the flood.

The heavy rain that fell on Tuesday in Mexico City caused flooding in some parts of the city. Mayor Tlalpan, reported the Command, Control, Computing and Communication Center through its Twitter account.
In Avenida Insurgentes Sur and Moneda, in the Tlalpan Centro neighborhood, a flood was reported, which was attended by emergency services.

For its part, the Secretariat for Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection activated the Yellow Alert for seven municipalities due to the permanence of the rain zone between 9:00 p.m. and 00:00 a.m.
They are Álvaro Obregón, Coyoacán, Magdalena Contreras, Milpa Alta, Tláhuac, Tlalpan and Xochimilco.
