The very first book by Longueuillois Woody Belfort will be available in bookstores on August 26. Entitled Woody. Why walk when you can fly?, the biography was written by author Maryse Pagé. A virtual launch will take place on August 27.
When he was born, Woody Belfort was diagnosed with spastic diplegia, a form of cerebral palsy that deprives him of the use of his legs.
His handicap does not prevent him from training and surpassing himself daily, he who does bodybuilding in a wheelchair. He has also inspired several Internet users around the world with his videos of sensational weight training exercises.
