The Trois-Rivières Karate Club in registration mode – L’

The Trois-Rivières Karate Club (CKTR) is in the registration period for its karate do, iaido and tai chi activities for the fall session.

Due to the current situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no in-person registration period. To meet government and municipal requirements, and those of the Karate Quebec Federation, the CKTR had to make changes to the schedules in order to meet certain conditions. Thus, the maximum number of students per class is 13 plus two coaches, for a maximum of 15 people. In the event that the maximum number of participants is exceeded, a second course will be opened.

Those interested in registering for either discipline, or registering their children in karate, are requested to do so directly by email via the head coach, Sylvain Berthiaume (7e dan), at [email protected]

Classes for adolescents and adults will start the week of September 14, while classes for children will start the week of September 21. All courses will end on November 21.

The CKTR recalls that the practice of a martial art is beneficial for anyone wishing to get in shape, strengthen their immune, muscular, joint, respiratory system, regardless of age, both for children and adults.
