The metal fences that were placed to prevent vandalism at the Palacio de Bellas Artes, were removed this Wednesday afternoon.
The metallic structures higher than two meters, in blue, were disassembled and placed in vans by personnel from the Mexico City Ministry of Works.
The wall was in place since February 14, it had pictures alluding to feminist mobilizations and it also helped to surround part of this tourist area of Alameda Central, during the red light of the health contingency due to covid-19.
The removal of the fence, converges with the opening to visitors on this day of the Museum of the Palace of Fine Arts, closed since last March 20.
