The IRS has several tools at your disposal to enlist your support.

Low-income or no-income individuals who are not required to file a tax return may be eligible to receive a stimulus check and can register to have it mailed to them using the free non-taxpayer tool by the 15th. October, according to the IRS official site.
Check the tool Do I Need to File a Tax Return? to see if you have a filing requirement or if you can benefit from filing a 2019 tax return.
If you don’t have to file taxes and don’t plan to file a 2019 return, use the tool Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here. Enter your information here before October 15 so that you can receive your payment.
Most citizens have already received their stimulus check, this includes eligible taxpayers who filed a 2019 or 2018 tax return and those who do not have to file a tax return, but receive Social Security, SSI, RRB or VA.
People who have not received their payment can use the tool Get my Payment to see the status of your stimulus check.
