Neighbors of the colonies Pro home and Clavería They protest this Friday for the bike path project in the mayor’s office Azcapotzalco.
The protesters closed the vehicular circulation of the Cuitláhuac Avenue and Egypt Street.

They argue that by adapting the bicycle lane, traffic will intensify due to the reduction of the lanes, businesses will be affected and the theft of cars and auto parts will increase.
They ask the authorities that before making a decision a citizen consultation be made and there it will be determined democratically if the project is accepted or rejected.

The circulation of vehicles was stopped after the blockade of the residents of the area. They threaten to stay until an authority from the Azcapotzalco mayor’s office or the Central Government appears in the place and a dialogue table is held.
The service of the Trolleybus Electric Transport System was obstructed by the demonstration.
