The Poor Christmas Telethon will take place as planned on November 27 from 5 p.m. However, pandemic obliges, it is in a renewed formula and without public that the event will be presented.
“There are so many things that change this year. A lot of events had to be canceled, but here we are. The pandemic will not stop us from helping people in our region. The needs are crying, ”emphasizes Sophie Bernier, host of the Noël du Pauvre Telethon.
For the occasion, Olymbec is lending a huge room to the Radio-Canada team to allow the Telethon to be presented. At the animation, Sophie Bernier will be surrounded by her colleagues Marie-Claude Julien, Barbara Leroux and Jean-Philippe Nadeau.
