Before the return of Red light since last November 3, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STyPS), of Durango, performs extraordinary inspections, to check the closure of non-essential businesses and verify in manufacturing industries the strict measures to avoid COVID-9 infections.

The head of this agency, Israel Soto Peña, made a firm and concrete call to all companies that are not considered essential in this risk stoplight to remain closed at least until November 17.

He stressed that the work of the Directorate of Labor Inspection has been permanent throughout health emergency, but now, more than ever, your guard will not be lowered in these activities that prevent outbreaks of infections in the workplace.

Vulnerable groups must remain with work activities from home and provided a telephone line 618 137 44 61, for those workers who wish to make a query or complaint about how their workplace is carrying out the measures in this temporary closure of economic activities.

Soto Peña, finally said that the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, made an agreement for the application of guards in procedures that cannot be canceled, as well as the regional units of the National Employment Service, which remains under the same format.
