The relatives of victims who two months ago seized the facilities of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), now forcibly entered the facilities of the Ministry of the Interior (Segob) and threatened to stay inside.
Silvia Castillo, mother of a young man murdered in San Luis Potosí, climbed the bars of the Segob and entered the building from which the secretary Olga Sánchez Cordero dispatches.
The fire department of Mexico City and police elements protect the area, but Silvia Castillo tied herself to one of the rails of the Interior and warned that she will not leave the place.
Also present in the area is Marcela Alemán, the mother of a girl who was sexually abused, and who also participated in the seizure of the CNDH facilities in early September.
The protesters are demanding a meeting with Sánchez Cordero, head of the Interior, so that the authorities punish those responsible for the crimes.
“This is for you, Alan!” Silvia Castillo shouted as she climbed Segob’s gates and finally tied herself to a railing.
