The two people related to the homicide of the two adolescents, Alan Yair and Héctor, 12 and 14 years old, respectively, were linked to the trial by a Control judge, so their trial will continue in jail.
During hearings that were held separately, the judge found elements to determine that both subjects should remain in prison, after the Public Ministry of the General Prosecutor’s Office (FGJ) of the capital made a direct accusation.
Following the initial hearing, Édgar “N”, “El Zúñiga”, the first subject arrested when transferring the bodies of minors, was linked to a trial for intentional homicide. The deadline for the closure of the complementary investigation set by the judge was three months.
