Former senator Isidro Pedraza dies of COVID-19

The former senator and candidate of the PRD for the municipal presidency of Pachuca, Isidro Pedraza, died a victim of Covid-19, after being admitted to the hospital for 38 days.

The PRD politician contracted the virus during the campaign, so on October 4 he had to be admitted to the General Hospital of Pachuca where he remained for a few days in treatment until it was necessary to intubate him.

However, she improved and the respirator was removed, so she was convalescing in the hospital where she finally did not survive this morning.

Isidro Pedraza communed with the left and was the leader of various organizations such as the UNTA, in addition to founding the Unión Fuerza Indígena y Campesina (UFIC), he was also a deputy and senator, currently running for mayor of Pachuca.

With Isidro Pedraza, there are three candidates who participated in this contest who died, for Nueva Alianza Tomás García Cerón, and Felipe Hernández died as president-elect of the PRI, both for San Agustín Tlaxiaca.
