SFP disables the former president of the CRE for 10 years

The Ministry of Public Function (SFP) announces the disqualification for 10 years of Guillermo García Alcocer, former president of the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) due to conflict of interest.

“The sanction of the former president of the CRE is the result of a detailed investigation and sanctioning procedure in which it was found that the former public servant participated in the authorization of permits to commercialize fuels in favor of a company of a relative of his,” he says in Bulletin the Public Function.
